• Primary fixture is warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Heat Emitter (Philips HeLeN Bulb) when used for Consumer/Household Applications are warranted for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase

• The Philips heat emitter is engineered to last for 4000 hours with proper care and maintenance. Any Heating element being submitted for warranty must be returned for analysis prior to claim being processed.
