Industrial Processing Heaters

Metal-sheath elements are best used for convection heating needs, such as ovens. They are rugged, cost effective for the application, and efficient. Quartz tubes are best used for radiant applications that need instant on, instant off, such as heat sensitive materials that may have to linger in a heat source. Quartz lamps are also instant on and off but made in extremely high watt density. These are effective for high speed production processes. Ceramic elements are best used for processes requiring an even, gentle heat and where there is a need for zone control.

Mor-Infrared Ceramic Infrared Heaters. Individual elements are 96% infrared energy efficient with a maximum temperature of 1292ºF (700ºC.)  Standard voltages are 120, 220, 230, 240 and 480 and standard wattages range between 150 and 1000.   Open Coil Element Metal Infrared Heaters. Nichrome, Kanthal and other alloys. Resistance wire open coil elements are used in vacuum forming / thermoforming. Cut to length needed.
Solar Products F-Series. Industry standard in thermoforming and can be used in most other process heating applications. Quartz Tubes. Medium wave infrared tubes. Heat-up time in 30-60 seconds, and cool-down time is 15 seconds. Coiled nichrome wire inside of a quartz tube. 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" diameters. Quartz tube source temperature to 1600°F
Solar Products M, G, K Series. The G-Series heaters have also become an industry standard in thermoforming.  The M-Series heaters, with a hard-coated aluminum face has increased durability of a metal face that is often required in the thermoforming industry. Solar Products FBA-Series. Similar to the F-Series heater, with holes drilled in the heater face to allow for forced airflow through the heater.  The purpose of the airflow is to provide combination infrared/convection heating.  The heater can be as wide as 24" (610mm) and as long as 72" (1829mm), though not this wide and long in the same heater.
Chromalox CPHI. High Intensity Quartz Flat-Faced Wide Area Radiant Panel Heater.  High Intensity Quartz Faced Radiant Heater, 1.6 - 4.8 kW, 240 and 480 Volt, 1750°F Max. Emitter Temp., 10" Long x 4 - 12" Wide. Moisture Removal, Soften Plastics prior to Thermoforming or Wherever Close Maximum Heat is Required Solar Products Q-Series. As wide as 12" (305mm) and as long as 24" (610mm).  The QP model has a maximum watt density of 40 wsi (62 kw/m2). The QH model has a maximum watt density of 60 wsi (93 kw/m2).
Black Body Panel Heaters. Comfort and industrial heaters. 90% Efficient. Heavy Duty Stainless steel protective grid. Harshest industrial environments. Available in 1, 2 and 4 feet lengths, Factories, Workshops, Construction Sheds, Building Entrances, Loading Docks, Warehouses, etc. Chromalox CP Panel Heaters. Flat-Faced Wide Area Radiant Panel Heaters. Woven refractory cloth with a black ceramic coating on the front. 0.55 - 18 kW. 120, 230, 240 and 480 Volt. 1650°F Max. Emitter Temperature. 6 - 60" Long x 12 - 30" Wide, Ink Drying and Spot Curing for Printing and Silk Screening, Thermoforming and Vacuum Forming or Wherever Close Maximum Heat is Required
Quartz T3 Lamps. High intensity short wave infrared lamps. 3/8" diameter clear quartz lamp sheath, Standard 5.7" flexible lead wires, Short-wave infrared radiation with a temperature up to 4,000°F. Sealed quartz tube with an internal tungsten element.   Chromalox Metal Sheathed Tubular Reflector Assemblies Heating element in a housing assembly
Mor Quartz Tube Radiant Panels  Reflectors are stainless steel, panels are fully insulated and pre-wired to your specifications. 4, 12, 18 or 30" wide x 24, 36, 48, 60 or 72" Long Blasdel COR Coil-O-Rod Generators. Powder coating, baked enamels, moisture dry off, softening plastics for compression molding or vacuum forming, degreasing, etc. Exceptionally long service life. On average, one can expect about 10,000 hours, however much longer is not uncommon.
Chromalox Type RTU Replacement Elements 3/8" Dia. Heart Cross-Section. INCOLOY® Sheath. 400 - 6,500 Watts. 120, 208, 240, 275 and 480 Volt 1600°F Max. Sheath Temp. Mor Quartz Tube Aluminum Extrusion Panels. 3¾” Wide x 24, 36, 48, 60 or 72" Long. Rigid extruded aluminum housing protects element from harsh industrial environments. Complete, Ready-To-Connect Assembly.
Blasdel Ceramic Generators. Ideal for wood, plastic, and other low temperature substrates. The durable nichrome wire wound around a ceramic core is embedded in ceramic material and fired in a kiln. Quartz Twin Tubes. Medium wave industrial heaters. Very high infrared emission. Emitter lengths up to 150". Watt density is 65 watts/lineal inch maximum with gold reflector and 120 watts/lineal inch maximum without gold reflector
Black Star Ceramic Band Heater. Black Star Radiant Ceramic Band Heater.  When used as an infrared heater (target material in hole), it emits high efficiency infrared radiation because of the exclusive heat resistant black coating. Up to 1000°F.  Up to 480 Volts - 2" diameter and up. 1 1/2" width and up (in 1/2" increments)
