Curing Ink for Silk Screen

Curing Ink for Silk Screen During the process of silk screening textile goods, after ink is applied to the product, a conveyor indexes the item under electric infrared sections utilizing one 1600 watt quartz lamp in each reflector. The conveyor indexes every six seconds. With the process using four infrared units, the total cure time is 24 seconds.

The infrared elements are controlled by a manual SCR Power Controller.
